With long walks through the country and days out at the beach, we know it is important to know where your nearest toilet facilities are located. 

We operate a Changing Places toilet within St Nicholas Gardens, Scarborough - to obtain access please email us in advance of your visit to obtain the access code.

What it will cost you

A standard fee of 40p is charged for the use of public toilets, however, we offer free access for school groups to North Bay beach management and West Pier public toilets.

RADAR keys

You can obtain a RADAR key from the following places for £5:

• Scarborough - Customer First Centre
• Whitby - Tourist Information Centre
• Filey - Evron Centre

Who needs Changing Places toilets?  

Changing Places toilets are needed by adults or children who need support to get on or off the toilet or to be changed. Over a quarter of a million people in the UK require a Changing Places toilet. This includes people with profound and multiple learning or physical disabilities, neuromuscular conditions, acquired brain injuries, those who have had a severe stroke, as well as members of the older generation.
